WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we gladly accept returns on any unworn merchandise purchased from the Winthrop website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned shoes must be in unworn, new condition and in the original packaging. Any item(s) received after 30 days will only be eligible for store credit. If an item is marked 'Final Sale' it is ineligible for returns or exchanges.
For all domestic orders: click here and have your order number ready. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation with your pre-paid return label and tracking details. Be sure to save your confirmation email for your records before dropping off your return package at a FedEx Drop Box or FedEx store. .
You'll receive an email notification as soon as your returned item(s) have been received and quality inspected by our team. If the item(s) meet the return criteria specified above, your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receipt.
If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us immediately by emailing c.service@pinnaclebrandgroup.com. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or accident, will not be considered defective and will be unable to be warrantied.

The item(s) must be in its original packaging and in unworn and unused condition. Any item(s) received after 30 days will only be eligible for store credit.
For international returns outside of the US, indicate on package "RETURN, NO DUTIES" or your package will be returned to you. If you choose to return your product and you are based outside of the United States, we will not be responsible for any duties/customs that you have paid. Free returns and exchanges are only offered within the US. If you are an international customer, please note that international shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be covered by Winthrop.
